With roots in the Los Angeles burlesque scene, the Pussycat Dolls are a blatantly sensual dance-pop group, as revealed
on their debut, PCD. Led by vocalist Nicole Scherzinger, the Dolls excel at steamy club workouts, most notably the slinky,
strip-joint-ready "Don't Cha," which features rapper Busta Rhymes, and an electronica-tinged take on the 1980s Soft Cell hit
"Tainted Love."
